It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their country's shipping policies, rules, and regulations. Items returned or unable to ship will be refunded 75% of the cost for the product/s, but not the shipping fee. Items that are shipped but not returned will not be refunded.

Shipping fees are subject to change depending on the weight or quantity of the products. If the shipping fees are changed an invoice will be sent to the buyer to pay before items are shipped.
