Preorders are for items that are listed on the site as coming soon. 

Request are for items that the buyer would like to be made, which has a 4-6 week turnover for all body bars.

All preorders and request require a payment of half the total of the purchase when the order is placed and is non-refundable. The remainder is due once the order is ready for pick up or to be shipped.
